A cracking Laptop

Nikon Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G AF-S Lens
1 of 2 found this helpful There are two 24-85mm lenses in the Nikon camp. This one is half the price of its "Pro Spec" big brother the 24-85mm f2.8-4 version. Just for a change the cheaper lens produces better results. But it has no 2.8 aperture I hear you say? That's right but at 2.8 the lens is just too soft. Check out Thom Hogan's web site for even more details. Don't forget, that it also has the advantage of not being a DX lens, so it will work on the D3 and future full frame Nikon (and Fuji) bodies.
