  Bought one at a festival earlier in the year and it is incredible how sharp my incredibly blunt knives have become. Bought two more here for Christmas but a mix up meant I only received one despite paying for two. Emailed and within two hours they had confirmed and immediately resolved the situation by getting the second one posted straight away.
