Perfect for me...

- ability to boil the water to whatever temperature you prefer ( I like my tea at 85 deg or less depending on the tea)
- the keep warm function is brilliant, I pop the kettle on to boil to 85 deg and press the hold button while I give the dogs the first early morning run out, when I come back the kettle has held the water at 85...brilliant!
- easy digital readout
Cons; I don’t use the “infuser” bit for making tea in it , the basket is easily removed but the stem down into the water looks permanent and it gets in the way a bit when filling. The manual doesn’t say whether it can be removed.

Doorbell button kept sticking then stopped working
Worked well for about 8 months then had problems with the button on the doorbell which kept dislodging. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
