  Item was shipped pretty fast, despite it being from overseas. It was packaged nicely in bubble-wrap and plastic wrapped inside. The item came exactly as it was shown. It's pretty rare to find sealed Naxos audiobooks, and this was a great find! I appreciate the seller for taking up on my offer I sent (technically the same offer/amount he offered to me, but I wasn't able to accept at the time). Other than that, great seller nonetheless!

  Bit of a cockup with this one with the Loyal Snail, recieved on 31/12/24 but arrived on 7/1/25, tracked 48. Must try harder Loyal Snail. Description was spot on. Very happy with the purchase and the response from the seller. I would happily buy from this seller again if they chose a different courier.

  The lens arrived on time and well-wrapped but it was missing a part making it unusable on my camera. Reported this to seller who immediately agreed a return for which I received a full refund. Although disappointed that I had to send it back, I can’t fault how well the seller dealt with this.
