  The Surface Slim Pen 2 was sold as a brand new item in unopened packing; however, the packing had been opened before and the factory seal was taped up. On pointing this out when collecting the item from the seller's residence, the seller accepted it had been opened before but emphasized the pen was new and unused and cut open the tape to show that the pen did seem new, so I agreed to take it. It's been working fine since.

  Really no reason to give negative feedback only due to opened packaging-it has been opened on Buyer request with him present. Buyer has accepted condition of both item and packaging when collecting.
