why does this need a rating?

A lot of money for a small pipe. But, a pipe this size is hard to make short bends in.

A little Bigger

The problem I've had with a lot of tubes that are rated two diameter sizes is the larger size requires a little extra stretch.This extra stretch shortens the life of the tube.Some of the other tubes that fit this application are for 18/19 inch rim ,this tube was for 19 inch only. It should last longer,but only time will tell.
