Denon AVR-X3800H AVR 9.2 - Seller answered all of my questions and although apprehensive of the purchase I have this connected and working. The ad stated new but this was an open box and gave me hesitation; however, the seller stated they had to open the box to make sure everything worked (ran testing) and that all of the contents were in the box. It does appear new and everything that I should have received was, in fact, in the box. All things considered I am very happy with the purchase.
