  Although programming was not included in the description, it was discussed prior to bidding and a similar UHF radio was even sent to the seller to copy frequencies onto the purchased item. Of course, they did not have the programming cable. I would not have purchased the item had this been truthfully explained to me. Careful with the communication next time.
