The item was not brand new as described.
The seller said it was because they had been in storage. This was a weak excuse as the box was intact but unit was damaged inside a carry case which is inside the box.
The seller may have unknowingly passed on a previously returned item to me.
EBay agreed return was applicable and seller would send postage label. I’ve been sending messages regarding label with no reply. On further inspection I now find charge cable is wrong size. Unpleasant experience
