Flying Banana
Rode these to school back in the day. Lovely model which captures the tricky curves and angles of the 1930 'Art Deco' desigh era. Later GWR/Gloucester units were more angular. This one liveried red/cream for BR which is how I remember them. Perfect for 50s era BR(W) branch line. Dapol have done a really good job.

At £200 this set was a bargain. RRP c £270
Three ply construction offers best heat distribution (aluminium core) with stainless steek outer layers providing a great medium for induction hobs and very easy to clean-up to look like new. Bought this set as a gift based on 10 years experience of my own set and other 'three ply' le Ceuset products. They are not the cheapest but the stainless surfaces seem to last forever. Not so the non stick products but frying pans take a beating! The trick is to use a lower heat than you think would be correct and never use metal spatulas.

Delicate item, brilliantly packed.
Tricky thing to send by mail. Flexible track. But brilliantly packed with a wood backing and arrived in a couple of days. Even fitted through the letterbox. I’m keeping it on the backing till I need to lay it.excellent quality track from Peco as usual.
