Reminds me of cornbread
I'm still tying it out with different recipes. It has a good taste. It reminds me of very fine cornbread when cooked in a bread. I'm still adding food back into my diet so until I can add some of the other flours and baking powder what I'm getting is very dense and crumbly. No matter I still like the Brown Rice Flour.
