SO BAD, ITS UNBELIEVABLE
The product turns up in a battered box, badly packaged and ruined during transit, a shabby presentation. It has clearly been opened before, so cannot be called "new" by anyone's standards. It is a terrible product that falls apart when used, as the letters all fall off!
I would highly recommend buying one from The Works, or any other reputable branded producer instead, as I am sure that it would be better quality and that it might actually work!
You get what you pay for at the cheap end of the market.

Contains all that you need to pass both texts, very lovely firm to deal with as well!
