  3 days after the tracking number was issued, I messaged the seller telling them that Yodel hadn't received my item. The next day, Yodel received my item. The day after that, the seller replied to my 2 day old message saying they didn't understand why Yodel said they hadn't received it for 4 days. Whatever the reason may be, [Occam's razor suggests that I should believe the simplest, and that is that my item wasn't dropped off for 4 days], I won't be using this seller again!

  The order did arrive as scheduled although the tracking information was woeful. The courier only gave details of delivery about an hour before arrival, fortunately we had made contingency plans for this eventuality. We found the packaging was far from adequate, allowing the majority of containers to leak inside the cardboard box. All in all the experience was far below the standard we have come to expect!
