Energy is caffeine based and it's Time Released
1 of 3 found this helpful I have issues with this Multivitamin...
1. If you take this pill with dinner the 100mg of Caffeine is a little more then 1 cup of Coffee.
2. "Time Release" = Hard on the Liver, So why make it a time release pill when you have to take it twice daily anyway?
Anytime you see time release, its because the liver works extra hard to break it down thats how it becomes "time released".

is it possible it was broken?
No Audo, Horrible dark recording. Get a logitech 4000 for a few dollars more. I tried playing with every setting trying to improve the image with no success, plugged in a logitech 4000 and PERFECT white balance as well as contrast and saturation using the same PC.

Amazing computer computer
i7 with Samsung SSD and ASUS motherboard is a hard to beat combination for the price, don't hesitate to buy.
