    What an outstanding service!! All 5 boxes of tea came actually in their boxes, which makes it much easier to manage, rather than the flat-packed individual bags. Postage was brilliant, reasonable and speedy. Communication from this seller, including a really nice packaging note on the inside of the box is some of the best I have ever seen on e-bay. Condition of all 5 boxes of tea was immaculate, representing great value for money. Well worthy of all 5 stars! Hope to deal with you again!

    I would like to start off by saying I was so pleasantly surprised how promptly this arrived, the seller initially only had 1 in stock and they informed me of this early on and sent me that one and then the rest followed. The boxes were packaged as they would be in a store, great quality and condition, no dents or broken bits, and great value for money!

    Kettlesboiled have been brilliant throughout this situation. When Evri mucked up the delivery of my package, kettkesboiled immediately sent me a replacement. Evri have still not resolved my missing original package even after falsely claiming it was left in a non-existent shed and sending a photo of the package outside somebody else s front door. As you can guess, I m not happy with Evri - but kettlesboiled are magnificent!!
