defective
It was factory sealed as indicated but had leaked inside the sealed wrapper and got all over my hands when I took it out. I installed it but I doubt it will last long.

will not buy again
Too hard to lock. Never got one end to lock yet. I had bought another product that worked fine but this was cheaper, I guess you get what you pay.

Works great on woods and good on carpets. I liked it so well I bought another for another place.
