Perfect refresher for 8w soldering iron
Those little 8w soldering irons are perfect for most small work, but they can get damaged and not work as well. If you drop it, the connections inside the tip can be damaged and cause it to not heat up well. If your's stopped working or doesn't heat up as quickly, I bet this is why.
Plugged in this new replacement tip, and everything is perfect. Heats up instantly, hot enough for most of what I need to do. I forgot the soldering iron could work this well, but this made it happen. $2 for a new tip is a lot better than the $7 some pay to replace the whole iron.

Great value
Works perfect, great value. The best part is the angled plug. You can have furniture close to the wall with this plugged in behind, and the angled plug means it doesn't stick out too far and get in the way.
