horrible brushes
2 of 2 found this helpful Truly horrible brushes, losing hair immediately. Also badly shaped, raggedy ends with hairs sticking out. No spring at all once wet. These are supposed to be sable but they bear no resemblance to other sable brushes that I have and more closely resemble cheap squirrel brushes. These were ridiculously cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.
I find them to be unusable. I will never buy another Royal and Langnickel product.

very good value
This is excellent value watercolour paper. It's only 200gsm/90lbs but does a fair job of holding its own with water. Great for practise and is thin enough to go into my printer to create copies. I do a lot of wet into wet, but if you work primarily with drier approaches to watercolour then this should be adequate. Archival, acid-free and 9.5" x 12.5". Recommended.

the fingers are very small
I don't have particularly big hands but the fingers in these gloves are very tight. Perhaps they'll loosen with time - I hope so.
