Clear, easy to read: says what it does on the cover!
I bought this as background reading for a Coaching and Mentoring qualification I am currently taking.
It is excellent as it provides a very clear and well presented view of coaching and how to become a coach. It is not steeped in pscho jarogn as some other books and is very practical and easy to read.
I would recommend it in addition to any set reading you may have to do, or simply to gain a clear insight into the topic.
