Super Glue
It is brilliant to use so I bought some more. It sets in seconds but be careful, you can get stuck while you're waiting for it to set.

Good value headphones
I saw these headphones tested on the gadget show and made note of them straight away.
They are very comfortable to wear and don't fall out through movement, they also block out any background noise and makes the music so much more pleasurable to listen to, i also wear them at night when the wife snores (bless her)

Multivitamins & Iron - Pack
I have been using this brand over the past few years and think they are good value. I have also noticed how they have kept me free from colds and with flue type symptoms as my family came down with rotten colds yet I haven't.
