Excellent Service
I absolutely love my Bose docking station and when it stopped working I was really upset. I spoke to Paul and he orchestrated everything perfectly. I had it back within a week and it still wasn’t working, it turned out that it was the power lead that was at fault, which is really unusual. Paul then sent me a new our lead without even taking any money so that I could find out if that was a mistake. I cannot make this service enough, he was always at the end of the telephone to sort any problems out and it came back looking brand-new. Excellent, first class service.

Cheap & Cheerful
Fit for purpose, although it is quite flimsy and I got a splinter from the handle.
