YouTube really helped
Xfinity wanted to charge me about $40-$50 per charger. For less than half the price, I was able to get this sensor and watched a YouTube video on how to pair it. As a note, in order to trip the sensor, open and close the sensor with the magnet a few times in front of the sensor. That's the only thing I had to figure out on my own. Other than that, 10 minute job tops and MUCH cheaper than having a technician come out.
