A good meditation chi kung
Master Hou has been around for many years and is an original Master rather than the so called masters who have no lineage but will take all your money. Straight forward easy to learn Chi Kung but like all these arts you have to practice every day or you lose what you have gained. Highly recommended. Good idea to use a time for the chi building exercise

Exercise your diabetes away
This actually works from pre-diabetes condition I had to normal fasting blood sugar. Its also a good daily exercise routine. Also cut out the candies and spoons of sugar in your coffee. Monitor your fasting blood glucose over 5-6 weeks and not the difference. Use this as a daily routine in itself.

Better than nasal spray
Nasal spray is not cheap and caused me nose channel soreness in addition to being ineffective all night. So I switched back to these strips which are very good value and the adhesive sticks. Get a good nights rest now as I have had septum problems for years. Highly recommended
