This is a great product but has a issue which renders the printer worthless.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great product but has issues with the top side of the printhead tension arm. There is a small teflon or nylon arm that activates to put pressure on the printhead during printing. It can be seen by removing the ribbon then looking at where the printhead on the outside edge. You will see the cam arm there (usually white), It will be split along the shaft is it on which causes it to just rotate out of the way when it is supposed to be putting tension on the printhead. You can youtube or google for a fix but it is not an easy process as space is very limited.
