Bad shipping ?
2 of 3 found this helpful This shaver was sent in a bubble envelope and the envelope was in bad shape when I received it. When I turned it on to use it had an uneven sound to it. There was a note inside asking to call a phone # if any problems. I left a message about the problem and my phone # but received no reply

A very good quality product
I'm 66 years old and have tried Panasonic, Norelco, and Remington. I have always regretted any other purchases I feel that Braun is always the strongest for a three or more day old shave. They last for a very long time. My nit picking complaint for this one is that it did not come with a snap-on cover for the screen. A very good looking unit also.
