Should be required reading for all healthcare professions
This book is such an incredible education about the influence of food on our health. I think this should be required reading for all medical students and healthcare professionals.

Best quality makeup out there
Best quality makeup I have ever used. I switched to a less expensive brand, but came right back to Jane Iredale because nothing else could mimic its quality and wearability. I frequently work on construction projects and my face is noticeably fresh at the end of a hard work day, despite heat, wind, dust, moisture and sweat. In addition, this makeup keeps my skin clear and healthy, bringing me peace of mind that it is the most natural makeup out there. As long as I can afford Jane Iredale, it will be part of my daily routine.

Into The West
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great film of historical fiction. It follows U.S. history, and therefore is quite depressing, since it depicts how brutally understood and exterminated native americans were during that time. There are many characters to follow, played by a great cast. It is a great buy.
