  I’m torn. Good communication, excellent condition, quick ship. But $2.5K of camera gear shipped with basically zero protection. Lucky they weren’t seriously damaged in transit. Lazy? Rushed? Apathetic? No idea, but unacceptable packaging for a camera and lenses. Everything else about the interaction was excellent! But I was astounded and furious when I opened the box and saw the camera wrapped in a single sheet of brown paper, and nothing at all for the two lenses. Didn’t even write fragile.
