The motherboard is locked by password and the password cannot be removed by clear RTC jumper or remove the RTC battery.

The motherboard is locked by password and the password cannot be removed by clear RTC jumper or remove the RTC battery. The motherboard cannot boot without the password. It seems the BIOS default settings contain password and other settings to lock-down the motherboard.
