Perfect product and process.
Instructions and enclosed tool made installation a snap. Not ever having had to replace a 'tire' before, I did not have a clue as to the procedure. When i opened the package, very concise and detailed plan was given completed with pictures and in sequence. first tire took five minutes to install, the second took two minutes. Thanks very much.

new lease on chair's life
I kept my office chair when I retired.14 years later the armrests started to come apart.
These armrest foam and plastic units, although not identical, were interchangeable.
Next, it's my turn to start coming apart.
