Finally I have one
I worked at a shop many years ago and used one like this almost every month and was very happy with what it was capable of doing. After I retired I started looking for one but the were always over my budget. This one came up and no one wanted to bid so I got it, list price is about 2200.00$$
It is in very good condition

Great find
1 of 1 found this helpful I got 4 feet of this tubing for a couple of old saws that needed new covers on the handle. Lubed up the inside with dawn soap and slid the 16 inch piece on. Takes a little effort and some wriggling but it went on. After it sat for a few days it was there to stay. Very happy with it
I want to update this, I used the other half last summer and found that if I used straight dawn soap and coated both inside the rubber and the bar it went on much easier. After it was installed I pushed a long Phillips screwdriver down the inside and flushed with warm water. Did that from both ends. Let it dry and enjoy.
