Overall it OK
First week able to fix the bad lines on screen, but it came back, bad cable design and also it required to remove 8 screws to access to screen cable which is stup.. design. Sharp oz-570,630,640.. only have to remove one screw. It a good organizer because of size and memory cap.. need to replace thermal conductive tape..

Powerful Organizer
Seller says it a defect or "for part" product, it OK. It an easy fix and good screen without vertical or horizontal bad lines.
The problems I have is can't find the software "ZR-AP2C" to set up for MS Sync. Call Sharp, write to Sharp with no luck, may have to call or write to Sharp's Japan headquarter.
Is a complicated PDA with a lot of good function. I like the way it designs to store more than 512kb per memo, tel, schedule... And of course, the best is you can write on the calendar. Ans also the full calendar with 12 months all display on the screen, not like Casio sf-6700sy display only 3 months, ..
My advice, if you want to get a good PDA, get one of this because you still able to use the word and spreadsheet function to match a bit of today technologies. The other organizer (I use the "word PDA" is for conveince) is only good for recording data. Unless you really want a true PDA.
The disadvantage is no backlight. It cost about $10 for thin film backlight; therefore, I just use want I have. The external battery backlight.

Nice for quick phone record, memo, and schedule.
pro: see above, no boot up time compare to cell phone. like the world map which most PDA do not have. See pic.
con: no backlight, small KB.
