Dear Mr Bellingham, I write to you in regard to your attendance at the shared property of 73 Braxted Park, streatham, sw16 3au, I have written to your company who should have informed you of the attached notice, expressly removing any implied right of access your company may think they may have to the property...additionally the notice is clearly displayed at the entrance of the property By attending the property you personally have agreed to enter into contract as per the attached notice. I will waive the the fee as stated, as long as you do not attend the property. Attending the property will only waste your time and cost you money. Additionally, as you may have seen you have scared the housemates who think you may remove their property... I have no personal property besides the cloths i wear. So there is no reason to attend the property. I will additionally re-iterate that the bill of rights clearly states there can be no fine or penalty before conviction any attempt to instate one is extortion. The bill of rights cannot be impliedly repealed and the road traffic act does not expressly repeal the bill of rights... so attempting to attend the property to hard arm money out of me which i do not have is extortion and a crime. Please do not attend the property again... I have tried to resolve this harassment by way of promissory note as lawful payment (Bill of exchange) in the past but your agents / organisations rejected that... Please do not attend the property again... I am not there at moment i am attending to my mum who has cancer... thank you... Jason Kisogloo
