    A huge shout out to this Ebay seller! I am in the Military serving at an overseas base and really appreciate a seller who is competent enough to fill out a simple custom form to send to those of us with an APO box. This whole process of purchasing from this seller was quick and painless. Seller immediately took action upon purchasing and the shipping was fast it can be. Product was absolutely spot on with no hidden problems. Thank you for supporting those of us in the Military servicing aboard.

    12 days after the seller sent me an offer and I paid, I contacted the seller as the item had been sitting with a label created for 9 days. No response. I login to ebay and I've been refunded. This seller sent me an offer for the item then relisted the item for more than twice what it was originally listed for. Sellers like this are not common, but make the experience awful for everyone. Had the seller just sent me a message, I would have provided neutral feedback. Communication goes a long way

    Facts: Purchased on Feb 2. Tracking provided on Feb 5. Feb 14 contacted the seller asking where my item was - no reply. Feb 15 initiated an item not received case against seller with eBay. Feb 15 seller mailed out the item and I received it several days later. I specifically stated I wanted a refund because doing business with sellers like this is essentially condoning their practices. I'm sure this seller will have some excuse - but we know what excuses are like.
