Fun in a box
Tiny box arrived, thought it would have been a larger pack but neatly packed into folder type packs. My daughter loved it and plays with it for hours so happy

helpful start to novice but not full enough for those more informed
The book is a little more informative than you can read free online but it is very repetitive and quite restrictive and strict to follow if you have major candida problems - if so then the diet alone unlikely to help - would need strong herbal specific medication to tackle this then probiotics etc
