Eases the pain
1 of 1 found this helpful We have found this roll on gel helps to ease pain for a couple of hours, It is simple to use and dries quickly so no mess. My wife has been using it for the last 2 years on her neck.

Brilliant book
As a beginner I find this book extremely useful in mastering the various rhythms that can be played on guitar. It is well laid out and there are chord diagrams and tablature for each exercise. It is an extra bonus having the CD so that you can listen to each exercise. Barre chords are used in the later stages which I have not yet reached and there are 8 songs at the end which encompass all the styles and techniques which have been taught. The lessons are very comprehensive and will keep me occupied for some considerable time yet. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in playing rhythm guitar.

Big improvement.
Much better shave than the usual Gillette Blue 2.
