The "original box" was only true for outside and perhaps bottom layer of cardboard. Items inside were crudely wrapped in plastic bags, no bubble wrap, all the secure fitting cardboard gone. I'm surprised everything arrived in one piece. Still I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't have to finally request a refund due to burning motor.
