The part that arrived, and was not as pictured or described, and was of an inferior quality. I contacted the seller twice ( with a four day interval) 1 week later, still nothing!. Not even the courtesy of a reply. Very poor service on something that could have been easily rectified.

However I contacted the seller and they could not have been more helpful and sent me a replacement mechanism free of charge. I installed this and the doorbell works perfectly!
