Not reliable
I have 2.
Input voltage was 12v, which should be within the input voltage range.
5v output got burnt
3.3v output dropped to 2.7v.
The other one was supplied with 9v.
5v output was 4.5v
3.3v output was 3.17v.
Chips were still getting hot during the process.
These were tested with a load of 150mA micro controller and an LED.

Product was in good condition, even though the game's manual was crumbled inside the box.
The game worked as expected.
