The tones...
Been playing metal and rock for over 30 years. Was very pessimistic about buying a cheap Squire by Fender, however, the tones I heard online were actually really good and appropriate for my new project, so went for it.
Holy ###, for 100 quid this guitar is reaaaaaly good... The tones are there, the feel is there, it's weightless in comparison with a Les Paul and it's very versatile. Have locked the tremolo and removed the rear cover, that's as much as I've done to upgrade it. Love it, would totally recommend it.
