Screening out the Unsightly

We just installed the fence today. It does a good job hiding the trash cans and will help keep them from being blown over when it's windy. It looks very nice and we are very happy with it.

It's very interesting to find out what is causing me to be hungry all the time and good to know that I can change that. I actually borrowed the book from the library first and was so impressed with it that I wanted my own copy. It's going to help me improve my nutrition and weight, and will help me to reduce my cravings. Can't beat that!
