HTC Desire Android 2.2

Promises a huge leap forward in phone tech, but fails to deliver.
THE GOOD:
Feels solid and stable in the hand.
Superfast GUI with fluid movement, and intuitive main layout.
Enormous high resolution screen with accurate touch sensitivity & optical track ball navigation.
THE BAD:
Laughable voice search facility & patchy Bluetooth.
Battery must be removed to access Micro SD
Gets confused as to it's geographic location.
Very poor speaker.
THE UGLY:
Messy contact search.
Cluttered settings menu navigation.
HTC Sync dropped the "+" from many of my contacts, forcing me to manually change the prefix in order to make calls.
No voice dial facility with Jabra BT headset or Nokia CK 75 car kit, but then they are only two of the most common hands free kits in the UK.
SUMMARY:
Definately wont make cider out of Apples (yet)

Sidi Wire
Very comfortable straight out of the box, and even more so once fully adjusted.
Not quite as light as my Diadora's but lots stiffer, and to be fair I could sweat off the weight difference on a short ride.
