  First of all, the postage I paid was more than the cost to the seller (instant profit there). Secondly the item arrived as a build it yourself (smashed to pieces). This was due to the mug having no protection in its box and a thin layer of bubble wrap around it placed into a plastic envelope. Seller blamed the posting service, but if it's not properly packaged it didn't stand a chance. Quick refund though.

  Whilst unfortunate the item had arrived damaged in transit. I immediately apologised and refunded the buyer. This is the most I could for ease of transaction and I’m sorry that this has resulted in negative feedback.
