"Sucks, but no alternative. Happy to get it."

The product is genuine. As far as recommending it, there is NO SUBSTITUTE. The problem is basic - it sucks, and falls apart in a few months, due to faulty fabric glue. The constant flexing GUARANTEES falling apart. Built-in design flaw. I'm on my 6th one.
