EXcellent !
This probably the best phone we have ever had, I like the back lighting and the multiple user friendly features. The manual was easy to navigate the setting up and though I did not need the extra cordless phone, I put it my workshop at the end of our long garden and it works fine.
Would certainly recommend this product.....................Ted.

Wife delighted !!!
My wifes' old XP packed up after many years and she was quite used to the system but was terrified that she would not get used to any updated models being in her late 80s but a friend told me that Windows 7 is possibly the nearest she'd get to her old XP so I bought her this model.
It arrived very well packed and looked virtually brand new. To be brief, my wife took to it immediately and loves the extra apps. like the snipping tool and so on.
