i have contacted the seller numerous times. the items are all unfit for purpose. they are not worth sending back as postage will cost as much as the items. i have sent photos of the problem to the seller and asked for a refund, but they have still not refunded me. so i have opened this case. thanks. as u can see from the photos none of the 3 rings is true and flat, as they should be.

Yes, You need to send Item back, like I asked you, if you want fully refund payment. Return label is pre-paid so this is not your cost. Unfortunerly buyer refused to do so.
