Firmware issue

If it did not have the firmware upgrade it would be a fantastic item. Works great ontil it turns itself off and on a long trip you either have to stop and turn vehicle off and back on every two hours or unplug from obd2 then plug back it and reset everything. If had known about the firmware problem would not have ordered it.
