Need to redesign controller
1 of 1 found this helpful I have two Lift Master's and the control on both of them has gone bad, and had to be replaced. One of them is installed in my vacation home, and when the controller went bad the door just started going up and down. Neighbors got tired of hearing it and pulled the electric cord on it and closed the door. When it works it is great, quite and efficient. When the controller goes bad you don't know what is going to happen.

Great TV Terrible Remote
1 of 2 found this helpful who ever designed this remote has never really had to use it. It is fine if you just going to pick a movie to watch, but if you plan to just look for a channels
