Received the cat box in a timely manner and couldn't wait to see it work
3 of 3 found this helpful It didn't. The plastic cogs that move the rakes jammed immediately. I continued to check that the litter might be causing it, but found the plastic railing the cogs ran on must be defective. I sent it back, and got reimbursed about a month later. Not a happy customer, and would never order it again. Thanks anyway.
