He informed me he’d removed them as he could not get the box in his car! Surely this is not allowed!! I’ve left the company feedback to this effect. It is not your fault but you should be aware. They are not entitled to open parcels!!

However, this won't affect doing the puzzle and was a small thing compared to the prices and service. Would recommend this seller.
