It's what we wanted -
- a towel hanger for our new kitchen. We bought it because it suited our requirements of being the right length for the area it was going to situated. The fact that the rails rotate through 180 degrees means that at night we can leave them pointing out to allow the towels to air.

It's a cable.
Well the blue colour is a bit dull compared to some of the other blue cables around, that could be a good thing if you prefer less garish items surrounding your desk.
